Description
Die Gemeinde Bissendorf projektiert den Neubau einer Schule in der Ortschaft Wissingen. Das Grundstück der Schule bzw. der Baumaßnahme befindet sich am Niemandsweg in 49143 Bissendorf. Mit der Planung der vorgesehenen Baumaßnahme eines Neubaus soll eine zweizügige Grundschule mit Ganztagsangebot, Mensa und Verwaltung errichtet werden. Das Plangebiet zum neuen Schulgebäude liegt nördlich der Mindener Straße, zwischen Niemandsweg und Bahnhofstraße. Die im Baufeld vorhandenen Kirchenbauten wurden im Vorfeld der Baumaßnahme zum Neubau abgebrochen mit Ausnahme des Kirchturms. Dieser verbleibt auf dem Baufeld als identitätsstiftendes Element. Das geplante Schulgebäude besteht aus drei Baukörpern bzw. Bauteilen (BT), die durch ein gemeinsames Foyer verbunden werden und haben folgende ca.-Abmessungen (Länge/Breite/Höhe): * BT1: L/B/H 26/25/9,40 m, zweigeschossig, * BT2: L/B/H 26/25/9,40 m, zweigeschossig, * BT3: L/B/H 30/23/6,90 m, eingeschossig (überhöht).
