Der Kreis Rottweil plant den Neubau eines Verwaltungsgebäudes für das Landratsamt mit einer Größenordnung von ca. 16.500 m² BGF und ca. 67.800 m³BRI. Die Leistungen dieses Auftrages umfassen Arbeiten zu: -1 Stk Stahl-Vordachkonstruktion im Erdgeschoss, ca. 4.100 mm x 1.400 mm -ca. 12 Gitterrost- / Tränenblechabdeckungen mit Stahl-UK -1 Stk zweiläufige Stahl-Wangentreppe mit Zwischenpodest -2 Stk Attikaüberstiegsleitern -ca. 145 m Absturzsicherungen der Flucht-Treppenhäuser aus Stahlblechpaneelen -ca. 390 m Handläufe aus Stahl/Holz in den Flucht-Treppenhäusern -ca. 110 m Staketengeländer als Absturzsicherung Dachgarten -ca. 70 m² Gittertrennwände mit Türen in Archiv und Technikräumen -ca. 90 m² modulares Aufständerungs- und Tragsystem auf Technikdach -ca. 90 m² Wartungsplattform für Flachdächer auf Technikdach -1 Stk Antennenkonsole aus Stahl
