Die Stadtverwaltung Remseck am Neckar plant im Rahmen des Gesamtprojekts Bildungscampus Aldingen den Abbruch des östlichen Teils des Bauteils B der Wilhelm-Keil-Schule (WKS) in Remseck-Aldingen. Nach der Entkernung beider Teile des Hauses B und dem Abriss des östlichen Anbaus soll ein Neubau errichtet werden. Im Rahmen der hier angefragten Leistungen werden folgende Maßnahmen vorgenommen: - Schadstoffsanierung (Asbest, KMF) und Entkernung Haus B - kompletter Rückbau östlichen Anbaus bis UK Bodenplatte/Fundamente inkl. Teilrückbau der Pfähle - Beräumung Außenanlagen, Verkehrs- und Grünflächen - Haufwerksbildung von ca. 1.500 t - Entsorgung von ca. 800 t Beton, Ziegelbruch, Bauschutt - Entsorgung asbest- und KMF-haltiger Baustoffe - Entsorgung von ca. 100 t Asphaltaufbruch - Entsorgung von ca. 200 t Erdaushub - Entsorgung von ca. 150 t Konstruktionsholz AIV
