Description
Für die geplanten Sanierungs- und Baumaßnahmen am bestehenden Bürgerzentrum muss die Gemeindeverwaltung Aldenhoven das zurzeit genutzte Gebäude aus den 1960er Jahren vollständig räumen. Da eine abschnittsweise Verlagerung innerhalb des Bestandsgebäudes nicht möglich ist, wird am Standort Heidgasse eine funktionstüchtige Interimslösung benötigt. Mit diesem Verfahren ausgeschriebene Leistung: Zweigeschossiger Hauptbau mit drei inneren Treppenräumen sowie eingeschossigem Archiv-Anbau im Osten. - Gesamtlänge: 82,50m, Breite laut Genehmigungsplanung: 20,67m. - 63 Räume inkl. Verkehrsflächen mit rund 86 vorgesehenen Arbeitsplätzen. - Nutzung: Verwaltungs- und Beratungsbereiche, Besprechungsräume, Neben- und Technikräume, Sanitärbereiche, Teeküchen sowie Papieraktenarchiv (Archiv im EG mit 136,68qm, planmäßige Kapazität 440 laufende Regalmeter) - Fläche: 2.158,26qm, davon: 1.Nutzungsflächen: 1.587,12qm, 2.Technikfläche: 13,10qm, 3.Verkehrsfläche: 558,04qm - Ausführung: Stahl-/Modulbauweise…
