Description
Sowohl das ZIB als auch die weiteren bezugsberechtigten Einrichtungen haben einen regelmäßigen Bedarf an IT-Netzwerk- und Sicherheitsprodukten des Herstellers Fortinet. Die Rahmenvereinbarung dient daher dem Erhalt und der Fortführung von im Einsatz befindlicher Netzwerk- und Sicherheitstechnik des Herstellers Fortinet. Es handelt sich demnach nicht um eine Neubeschaffung eines herstellerunabhängigen Gesamtsystems, sondern um den Erhalt eines homogenen Systems. Zur Deckung des regelmäßigen Bedarfs über die Dauer der Vertragslaufzeit sind Kauf, Lieferung, Wartung und Dienstleistungen eingeschlossen. Die bestehende Netzwerk- und IT-Sicherheitsinfrastruktur des Auftraggebers und der bezugsberechtigten Einrichtungen basiert auf Systemkomponenten des Herstellers Fortinet, insbesondere im Hinblick auf zentrale Managementsysteme, einheitliche Sicherheits-Policies, Lizenzarchitektur sowie Interoperabilität der Bestandskomponenten untereinander.
