Gegenstand des Rahmenvertrags ist die Lieferung von Getränken ausschließlich für den Dienstgebrauch der Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden. Etwaige Getränkebestellungen der Mitarbeiter für den Privatgebrauch sowie Getränkebestellungen der Bürgerhäuser für private Veranstaltungen fallen nicht unter den Rahmenvertrag und deren Konditionen sind unabhängig von diesem zu behandeln.
