Description
Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt im Wege einer europaweiten Ausschreibung im Offenen Verfahren gemäß § 15 I 1 VgV eine Rahmenvereinbarung zur Beschaffung von Tonerkartuschen für A 4-Druckgeräte für die Justizbehörden des Freistaats Thüringen zu vergeben. Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird als Ein-Partner-Rahmenvereinbarung ohne Abnahmeverpflichtung mit einer Laufzeit von 36 Monaten abgeschlossen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung beginnt mit Zuschlag. Die geschätzte Gesamtabnahmemenge beläuft sich auf ca. 7.900 Toner für 36 Monate.
