Description
Das Projekt befindet sich in dem Gebäude der TriBühne Norderstedt in 22846 Norderstedt. Das Gebäude verfügt über ein Untergeschoss und vier aufgehende Vollgeschosse. Der Veranstaltungsraum mit Bühne und Zuschauerraum erstreckt sich teilweise über alle vier aufgehenden Geschosse und bildet die größte Erhebung des Bauwerks. Ausschlaggebend für den Start der Sanierungsmaßnahmen war ein Wasserschaden in einem Teil des Gebäudes. Davon waren hauptsächlich der Bühnenbereich, der Saal und das Untergeschoss betroffen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die neuen Leitsysteme (Wayfinding).
