Description
Der Landkreis Nienburg/Weser plant den Neubau einer Feuerwehrtechnischen Zentrale (FTZ) im Gewerbegebiet des Ortes Lemke, Gemeinde Marklohe. Es handelt sich um einen Ersatzneubau für die bestehende FTZ in der Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg. Das Raumprogramm umfasst ca. 8.200 m² Nutzflächen, sowie ca. 9.140 m² Außenbereiche –Bewegungs- und Übungsflächen. Hierzu steht ein ca. 3,4 ha großes Baufeld zur Verfügung. Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen: Hauptgebäude: Wandanstriche ca. 11.860 m² Deckenanstrich ca. 3.028 m² Metallanstriche Treppen- und Brüstungsgeländer ca. 41 m Metallanstrich Stahlzargen ca. 152 Stk. Metallanstrich Stahltüren ca. 17 Stk. Zu bearbeitende Flächen in Treppenhäusern ca. 709 m² Beschriftung, Buchstaben und Ziffern Fahrzeughalle: Wandanstriche ca. 726 m² Werkstatt: Wandanstriche ca. 1.558 m² Multifunktionshalle: Wandanstriche ca. 1.321 m² Bodenbeschichtungen ca. 650 m²
