Description
Zeil der Vergabe ist der Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen für IT-Kleinteile Hardware-Produkte, Netzwerkkabel und Headsets Die Vertragslaufzeit dieses Rahmenvertrages beginnt am 01.01.2027 und hat eine Laufzeit von bis zu 4 Jahren (2 Jahre mit zweimaliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils 12 Monate). Die Durchführung des Vergabeverfahrens erfolgt durch Dataport, um die eigenen und Kundenbedarfe zu decken. Der bei Rahmenvereinbarungen bereits in der EU-Bekanntmachung anzugebende Höchstwert beträgt 150 % des bezuschlagten Auftragswerts je Los. D.h. der Auftraggeber wird maximal bis zum Höchstwert von 150% der Gesamtangebotssumme je Los Leistungen aus diesem Rahmenvertrag abrufen.
