Description
Die lda-Ehre-Schule, eine Gemeinschaftsschule mit Oberstufe, soil an ihrem Standort in der Olivet-Allee 4-6 in D-23843 Bad Oldesloe erweitert werden. Bei dem Neubau handelt es sich um einen freistehenden Baukörper auf einer nicht befestigten Freifläche im Nordosten des Schulgeländes, angrenzend zu privaten Hinterhöfen. Für die Schule wurde ein Mehrbedarf an Nutzfläche für Fach- und Oberstufenklassen als auch an Aufenthalts- und Freizeitbereichen der Schuler festgestellt. Mit dem Neubau sollen außerdem Räume für Musikunterricht und Schulsozialarbeit entstehen. Geplant ist ein dreigeschossiger, gestaffelter Massivbau aus Kalksandstein und Stahlbeton mit einer Bruttogrundrissfläche von ca. 1.650 m2 und einer Nutzfläche von ca. 1.100 m2, zuzüglich ca. 200 m2 Terrasse.
