Description
Erweiterungsneubau KGS Buisdorf als dreigeschossiger (UG-OG) solitärer Massivbau mit Mensa und Ausgabeküche (cook & chill) sowie Räume für den Offenen Ganztag, Unterrichtsräume, Sanitäranlagen und eine große Technikzentrale. Die Dachfläche wird als extensiv begrüntes Flachdach mit PV-Anlage ausgebildet. Fläche Baugrundstück: 4593 m² BGF: ca. 1.594 m² BRI: ca. 6.740 m³ NRF: ca. 1.302 m2 Der Bau hat im Juli 2024 begonnen. Die Maßnahme erfolgt in einem Bauabschnitt. Die Bauarbeiten werden im laufenden Schulbetrieb durchgeführt. Die Arbeiten erfolgen abschnittsweise nach Baufortschritt in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung. Eine tägliche Bautagebuchführung ist erforderlich. Das Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst sämtliche Trockenbauarbeiten der Anwendungsbereiche Wände und Decken: Wände, Vorsatzschalen, Installationswände, Schachtwände, Öffnungen, Traversen, Verstärkungen, Gipskartondecken, Akustik-Lochplattendecken, Mineralfaser-Rasterdecken, Holzwoll-Akustikdecken, Revisionsklappen, Gerüst, etc..
