Description

Für die Wärmeversorgung ist die Errichtung einer Erdwärmesondenanlage vorgesehen. Die Anlage besteht aus insgesamt 22 Bohrungen (eine Probebohrung inkl. TRT wurde bereits in 2024 erstellt). Die Bohrungen sind mit einer Teufe von jeweils 200 m herzustellen. Insgesamt werden 22 Erdsonden mit einer Gesamtlänge von ca. 4.400 m erstellt. Der Leistungsumfang des Auftragnehmers Erdwärmesondenanlage umfasst die vollständige Herstellung der Erdsonden einschließlich Bohrarbeiten, Einbau der Sonden, Verpressung, Spülung, Druckprüfung, Befüllung sowie Dokumentation. Weiterhin umfasst die Leistung die erdverlegte Anbindung der Erdsonden an einen Erdsondenschacht sowie die Verlegung und Einführung der Soleleitungen bis in das Gebäude.
