Description
Das neue Kitagebäude ist ein 2-geschossiger, im EG L-förmiger, Bau mit zum Teil auskragendem Obergeschoss. Es sollen insgesamt 168 Kinder untergebracht werden. Im EG sind Gruppen- und Nebenräume für 60 Krippen- und im OG für 108 Kitakinder geplant. Für ca. 40 Mitarbeiter sind Sozial- und Nebenräume geplant. Im EG wird die Kitaleitung im nördlichen Gebäudeteil untergebracht, sowie ein Büro- und Kursraum für die Kiez-Arbeit. Der Haupteingang ist an dem Vorplatz zum Schwalbenweg hin angeordnet. Die interne Erschließung erfolgt über zwei innenliegende Treppenhäuser und einen zentralen Flur. Im Foyer sind sowohl im EG, als auch im OG die Mensen mit mobilen Trennwandsystemen geplant, welche auch für Aufführungen oder Versammlungen genutzt und in der Fläche erweitert werden können. Das Gebäude ist in massiver Bauweise als KS-Mauerwerksbau mit Stahlbetondecken und einer Holz-Satteldachkonstruktion im OG geplant.
