Description
Der Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW, Niederlassung Duisburg (BLB), plant den Umbau sowie einen Erweiterungsbau für das LAG. Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen Abdichtungs- und Dacharbeiten sowohl im Bestand als auch im Neubau. Gegenstand der Maßnahme ist die Herstellung und Abdichtung von Flachdächern unterschiedlicher Nutzung in mehreren Bauteilen und Höhenlagen. Nicht genutzte Dachflächen werden überwiegend als Warmdächer mit Dämmung und bituminöser Abdichtung ausgeführt und teilweise für PV-Anlagen, Technikflächen oder Dachbegrünung vorbereitet, während genutzte Flächen wie Terrassen und Verkehrsbereiche entsprechend belastbar aufgebaut werden. Ergänzend umfasst der Leistungsumfang Klempnerarbeiten, Absturzsicherungen, die Integration technischer Einbauten sowie Arbeiten im Bestand.
