Description
Der Hochsauerlandkreis plant den Neubau des Berufskollegs in Meschede als 3-geschossigen Baukörper mit insgesamt ca. 15.000 m2 Geschossfläche. Die Estricharbeiten im Objekt sind unterteilt in die Bereiche Nord (N: Achse 11-18) und Süd (S: Achsen 1-10). Hier sind nur die Leistungen für den Bereich N abgefragt. - Höhenausgleich in Teilbereichen durch zementgebundene Schüttung - Verlegung von Dämmung bzw. Ausgleichsdämmung und Trittschalldämmung - Zementestrich bzw. Heizestrich für Fliesenbelag, Beschichtung oder Vinylboden - Im Bereich der Fußbodenheizung erfolgt die Verlegung der Heizkreise durch das Gewerk Heizung auf der Tackerplatte. Im Anschluss kann der Estrich eingebracht werden. Hier ist eine Koordination mit dem Gewerk Heizung erforderlich. Konkretere Angaben sind den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
