Description
Gegenstand des Gesamtprojekts ist der Neubau von drei Faulbehältern auf dem Klärwerk Köhlbrandhöft in Hamburg. Vorgesehen sind zwei Hauptfaulbehälter mit einem Nutzvolumen von jeweils ca. 8.000 m³ sowie ein Nachfaulbehälter mit einem Nutzvolumen von ca. 4.000 m³. Ergänzend werden insbesondere ein Maschinenhaus, ein Treppenturm mit Aufzug und Kabelsteigschacht, Verbindungs- und Anschlussbauwerke, Rohrkanäle sowie die erforderlichen Außenanlagen errichtet. Das Gesamtprojekt soll im Modell der Integrierten Projektabwicklung (IPA) auf Grundlage eines Mehrparteienvertrags realisiert werden. Die für den Projekterfolg maßgeblichen Planungs- und Ausführungspartner werden frühzeitig in eine integrierte Projektorganisation eingebunden.
