Description
Neubau eines Studierendenwohnheims für das Studierendenwerk Heidelberg AöR in der Römerstraße 104 in Heidelberg. Auf dem Grundstück in der Heidelberger Weststadt entsteht ein viergeschossiges Wohnheim mit Innenhof, Staffelgeschoss und Dachterrasse. Das Gebäude umfasst insgesamt 282 Wohnplätze in 260 Wohneinheiten einschließlich barrierefreier Apartments, Wohngruppen und Gemeinschaftsflächen. Im Untergeschoss sind zusätzlich 50 temporäre Notunterkunftsplätze vorgesehen. Die Bruttogrundfläche beträgt ca. 8.257 m², der Bruttorauminhalt ca. 23.840 m³. Das Gebäude wird in konventioneller Bauweise aus Stahlbeton und Mauerwerk mit tragender Bodenplatte in WU-Ausführung errichtet. Zum Vorhaben gehören außerdem Außenanlagen mit PKW-Stellplätzen, rund 200 Fahrradstellplätzen, Innenhof, Dachterrasse sowie PV-Anlagen auf den Dachflächen.
