Description
Die denkmalgeschützte Grundschule Kestnerstraße wird zu einer inklusiven, barrierefreien Ganztagsschule ausgebaut. Der Neubau (Foyer, Aula, Ganztag und Sporthalle) wird an Stelle der ehem. 70er Jahre Sporthalle gebaut und schließt mit einem Verbindungsbau an die historische Turnhalle, jetzt Mensa an. Die Stahl-Glas-Außenfenster erhalten einen windstabilen Sonnenschutz aus elektromotorisch betriebenen Raffstoreanlagen mit seitlichen Führungsschienen und darüber am Rohbau befestigten Blenden mit Lamellenpaket, 39 Stk. 1-fach-Behang, 3 Stk. 2-fach-Behang, Höhe 1.090 - 2.590 mm. Die Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade erhält ebensolche Raffstoranlagen, 7 Stk. 1-fach-Behang, Höhe 2.590 - 4.300 mm. Die Steuerungssysteme, eine Wetterstation zur automatischen witterungsabhängigen Steuerung und die Wartung sind Teil der Leistung.
