Betriebstechnische Anlagen Wärme und Kälteverbund aus Fernwärme, Geothermienutzung, Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe und Kompressionskälte. Beheizung und Kühlung durch Fußbodenheizung und -kühlung, Bauteilaktivierung, örtliche Heizflächen, Umluftgeräte und technischer Kühlung. Lüftungsanlage mit ca. 4.300 m³/h, Teilklimaanlage mit ca. 14.500 m³/h, 2 Vollklimaanlagen je ca. 2.500 m³/h. Ca. 1.400 physische Datenpunkte. Gebäudeautomation nach AMEV Gebäudeautomation und AMEV BACnet."
