Description
Herstellung der Dachabdichtung inkl. Wärmedämmung und dem Dachbelag bestehend aus extensiver Dachbegrünung und einer Dachterrasse. Da die beiden Dachflächen auf unterschiedlichen Höhen über der Geländeoberkante liegen, wurden die Dachflächen im Leistungsverzeichnis getrennt betrachtet und als einzelne Titel angelegt. Nach der Errichtung der Gebäudehülle erfolgt eine Notabdichtung. Die Hauptausführung erfolgt ab dem 08.03.2027 (Ausführungszeitraum 10.-19. KW).
