Zimmer- u. Holzbauarbeiten an der Gemeinschaftsschule in Quierschied mit folgenden Schwerpunkten: - Herstellung eines Neubaus als Erweiterungsbau, - Umnutzung der alten Schwimmhalle zu einer Mensa und zu Musikräumen - Sanierung der bestehenden Sporthalle. Am oberen Schulhof (Süd) entsteht ein 2-geschossiger Neubau in Holzhybridbauweise, am unteren Schuhof (Nord) wird die bestehende Halle saniert (1. UG Mensa u. Musikräume, EG-1. OG Sporthalle). Halle: Bruttrauminhalt (BRI): 9.341 m³ Bruttogeschoßfläche: (BGF) 2.902 m² Neubau: Bruttrauminhalt (BRI): 18.477 m³ Bruttogeschoßfläche: (BGF) 4.521 m² Hauptleistungen: Außenwände: - Holzrahmenbaukonstruktion als aussteifende Außenwand, Rahmen KVH, B/H 8/20cm Achsabst. 60-62,5cm H 2,5-3m Mineralwolle 0,035W/(mK) D 200mm Beplankung innen OSB-Platte OSB/3 D 18mm Installationsebene, einschl.
