Description
Für das Neubaugebiet "Tetendorfer Straße" in Soltau soll ein Erdwärmesondenfeld inkl. kaltem Nahwärmenetz zur geothermischen Beheizung hergestellt werden. Hierzu gehört auch eine Technikzentrale am Rande des derzeitigen Baufeldes. Die erforderlichen Sammel- und Verteilerleitungen wurden bereits bis kurz vor der Technikzentrale hergestellt und werden nach Fertigstellung des Gebäudes in die Technikzentrale eingeführt. Die Erschließung des Grundstückes der Technikzentrale erfolgt während der Bauzeit über die vorhandene Baustraße und eine neu zu erstellende Baustraße bis auf das Grundstück. Die vorhandene Baustraße wird Mitte Juni 2027 durch den Straßenbauer zurückgebaut. Eine Zugänglichkeit zum Grundstück der Technikzentrale ist dann für Baufahrzeuge nicht mehr gegeben.
