Description
Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια υδραυλικών υλικών, τα οποία θα χρησιμοποιηθούν από τις υπηρεσίες του Δήμου την τετραετία 2027, 2028, 2029 και 2030, ήτοι μέχρι 31/12/2030 ή έως την εξάντληση του ποσού και των ποσοτήτων, εφόσον η προμήθεια εκτελεστεί σε ποσοστό 100%. Η δαπάνη για την παρούσα προμήθεια προϋπολογίζεται να ανέλθει στις 1.189.281,57€, συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ (Προϋπολογισμός χωρίς ΦΠΑ 959.098,04€ + ΦΠΑ 24% 230.183,53€ = 1.189.281,57€) και θα καλυφθεί από τον προϋπολογισμό των οικονομικών ετών 2027, 2028, 2029 και 2030 του Δήμου Φυλής ως πολυετής δαπάνη (Ποσό απορρόφησης ανά έτος 2027, 2028, 2029 και 2030 = 297.320,39€). Η παρούσα δαπάνη θα βαρύνει τον Α.Λ.Ε. 025.2410106001. Οι τιμές μονάδας για κάθε είδος που αναγράφονται στον ενδεικτικό προϋπολογισμό της παρούσας μελέτης, εκτιμήθηκαν με βάση την έρευνα αγοράς από το ελεύθερο εμπόριο και λαμβάνοντας υπόψιν και σχετικούς διαγωνισμούς που έχει διεξάγει ο δήμος τα προηγούμενα έτη.
