A nyertes ajánlattevő feladata – a műszaki leírásban (műszaki specifikáció) és annak tételjegyzékében részletezett – javítási munkák elvégzése eseti megrendelések szerint, az ajánlatkérő üzemeltetésében, illetve a későbbiekben üzemeltetésébe kerülő hidak, és átereszek alépítményén, felszerkezetén, hídtartozékain, szigetelés és burkolatrendszerén, vízelvezető rendszerén, dilatációs szerkezetén, korrózióvédelmi bevonatain, azok esetleges teljes körű, vagy kisebb meghibásodásai, sérülései esetén, az ajánlatkérő írásbeli bejelentése alapján. A legtöbb esetben a meghibásodások előre nem láthatók, illetve jellegüket tekintve sürgősek, halaszthatatlan beavatkozást igényelnek.
