Description
A beruházás célja a Jósa András Múzeum teljes körű, turisztikai célú fejlesztése. A kivitelezés magában foglalja az épület szerkezeti megerősítését (alapozás, födémek, tetőszerkezet), a talajnedvesség elleni védelem kialakítását, a homlokzatok felújítását a történelmi épület eredeti anyag- és színhasználatának megfelelően,kiállítóterek kialakítását korszerű hőtechnikai, légtechnikai és világítástechnikai rendszerekkel, a múzeumi és műtárgyvédelmi előírások teljes körű betartását, belsőépítészeti munkákat (burkolatok, festések, beépített és mobil bútorok), a teljes körű épületgépészeti és épületvillamossági korszerűsítést,akadálymentesítést az OTÉK és a „Komplex akadálymentesítés” segédlet szerint, a csapadékvíz-elvezető rendszer felülvizsgálatát és szükség szerinti cseréjét,a külső környezet rendezését és zöldfelületek kialakítását.
