Description
Egy darab városi futsal csarnok kivitelezése kivitelezési tervek szerint, a Nyírbátor Város Önkormányzata tulajdonában álló, 2537/4. hrsz-ú, természetben 4300 Nyírbátor, Szabadság tér – Szentvér u. – Édesanyák útja – Báthori utca által határolt tömb belső területén található ingatlanon. A tervezett csarnok földszint + 2 szintes kialakítású, hasznos alapterülete kb. 3250m2, míg az épület bruttóbeépített alapterülete kb. 2310 m2. Az épület csarnokrésze acélvázas szerkezetű, melynek fesztávja 32,78m, míg az épület egyéb részei vasbeton pillérvázas, monolit vasbeton födémszerkezetű, teherhordó és merevítő falazattal készül. A csarnokrészen kb. 1490m2 sportparketta padlóburkolat készül. A beruházás keretén belül nyertes vállalkozó feladata az épülethez szükséges külső közművek-, út- és kertépítési munkáinak elvégzése, valamint a végleges használatbavételi engedély megszerzése is.
