Description
Ajánlatkérő (AK) a 7183 helyrajzi számú belterületi ingatlanon, természetben a 9400 Sopron, Bajcsy-Zsilinszky u. 4. szám alatt, már meglévő „C" épület átalakítását, bővítését és átfogó rekonstrukcióját (magasépítési kivitelezési tevékenység) kívánja megvalósítani. A munka egy ütemben megvalósuló feladatai közé tartozik többek között a 2. emeleti, tisztán fa tartószerkezetű (CLT és rétegragasztott fa) szintráépítés, a teljes épület komplex akadálymentesítése (személy-teherlift, akadálymentes rámpa és illemhelyek), a homlokzat és tetőszerkezet felújítása, valamint az épületgépészeti (fűtés-, hűtés-, szellőzés-, víz- és csatornarendszerek) és épületvillamossági rendszerek teljes körű kiépítése, a kapcsolódó bontási munkákkal együtt. Karakterkorlát miatt a BT-24-es mező folytatása: AK a 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdése alapján rögzíti, hogy az eljárást megindító felhívásban, a dokumentációban és a műszaki dokumentációban meghatározott gyártmányú, eredetű, típusú…
