Építési organizáció: Az építési felvonulás, a beruházás kiszolgálása a Kossuth u 5-7 felől történik Bővítés befoglaló alapterülete: 33,50m x 30 m, fsz+emelet+tetőtér Beépített alapterület: 1002,97 m2 Hasznos alapterület:1539,24 m2 Alapozás: kútalapok, fejgerendákkal Tartószerkezet: előregyártott vasbeton pillérek és gerendák, 30cm vastag Silka HML 300 NF+GT mészhomok tégla vázkitöltő falazattal Tetőszerkezet 5,0 cm beton járdalapok (40x40x5 cm méretűek) 1 rtg 1,8 mm vastagságú, mechanikailag rögzített, UV- és időjárásálló (MSZ EN 13956), poliészter erősítésű, többrétegű, különleges minőségű PVC csapadékvíz elleni szigetelés (pl.: SikaPlan G-18), lazán fektetve, 5 cm-es átlapolásokban, legalább 3 cm-es forró levegős hegesztéssel felületfolytonosítva (fehér - RAL 9016) 1 rtg. 120 g/m2 felülettömegű műanyag fátyol elválasztó réteg, lazán, 15 cm-es átfedésekkel fektetve…
