MVM Paksi Atomerőmű Zrt. III. zónájában háromszintes (FSZ+2 szint) 944 m2 bruttó alapterületű, mindösszesen 2744 m2 bruttó szintterületű irodaház építése és a hozzá kapcsolódó létesítmények, víziközművek, fűtési távvezetékek, udvarterek és parkoló teljeskörű valamennyi érintett szakágra kiterjedő kivitelezése. Az építési terület az Országos Atomenergia Hivatal (OAH) által kijelölt 500 méteres biztonsági övezetben, őrzött üzemi területen helyezkedik el, ahol OAH jár el építésügyi és építésfelügyeleti hatóságként. A kivitelezési munkákat az engedélyezett kiviteli tervdokumentációban, az érvényes és végrehajtható hatósági engedélyekben, a vonatkozó szabványokban és jogszabályokban és jelen kivitelezési Közbeszerzési műszaki leírásban (a továbbiakban: KML) szereplő követelmények alapján kell végrehajtani.
