Lejárt szabadalmi védettségű, tételes hatóanyagok beszerzése keretmegállapodás megkötésére irányuló, az 1-3. részekben a Kbt. 105. § (1) bekezdés a) pontja és a 4. rész esetében a Kbt. 105. § (2) bekezdés a) pontja szerinti nyílt eljárás keretében, a Keretmegállapodás aktív időszakának meghosszabbítási lehetősége mellett.
