Description
The Purchaser intends to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) of qualified suppliers for the delivery of pure hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO) for use in heavy machinery and other vehicles. Interested suppliers are encouraged to submit a request to participate in the system. While the DPS is in effect, it remains open to all suppliers who meet the participation criteria in accordance with the terms of this notice. All procurements within the DPS will be conducted via restricted tenders, advertised on the Purchaser’s tendering website. The Purchaser anticipates awarding contracts for specific periods on a case-by-case basis. The duration of the contract period will be specified in each invitation to tender. The terms set out in these tender documents apply to all procurements within the system unless otherwise stated in the specific restricted tender.
