Description
This Multi Party Framework Agreement will be established for the provision of routine maintenance and cleaning of DCC Waste Management Services public toilets. For the purpose of this tender, daily cleaning intervals must be used, however, intervals may need to be amended from time to time based on need. Location and facilities covered by the initial contract Area City Centre Location St. Stephen’s Green Works Frequency Daily Duration 10am to 6pm Staff required 2 staff members No. of toilets 7 toilets and 2 urinals There is an initial contract for a duration of 1 year, with option to extend for a further 1 year. Successful tenderers must set out their labour costs per hour for the services and must include in the labour cost all cleaning products and equipment.
