Description

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and not a call for competition; a call to competition may be placed within the next 12 months. The British-Irish Parliamentary Assembly (BIPA) is a forum to promote co-operation between senior political representatives in Britain and Ireland. Its members engage in a wide range of non legislative parliamentary activities, through plenary meetings and ongoing Committee work. Bi-annual Plenary meetings alternate between Ireland and the UK. The Contracting Authority intends to source service providers for the provision of suitable venues to host a BIPA Plenary Conference in the greater Dublin area. The venues must be able to provide accommodation, conference facilities, meeting rooms, and catering during the conference for approximately 120 people.
