Description

L'appalto ha per oggetto l'esecuzione dei lavori di ristrutturazione e ampliamento della Scuola Primaria "Gianni Rodari" di Via Galilei, in località Seggiano, Comune di Pioltello. L'intervento prevede la demolizione parziale di porzioni del fabbricato esistente, la realizzazione di nuovi volumi in ampliamento, la riqualificazione strutturale, energetica e impiantistica della porzione di edificio mantenuta, nonché la sistemazione delle aree esterne e dei percorsi di accesso. Ai sensi dell'articolo 58 del Codice dei Contratti, l'appalto non è stato suddiviso in lotti in ragione dell'unicità realizzativa dell'intervento e della stretta interconnessione delle prestazioni richieste, che impongono un approccio unitario a garanzia dell'uniformità qualitativa, dell'integrazione e della continuità dei processi di lavorazione. La suddivisione in lotti, infatti, determinerebbe una frammentazione delle responsabilità e delle interfacce operative, pregiudicando l'unità organizzativa…
