Le Ministère d’État – Service central de législation souhaite s’entourer de ressources hautement qualifiées disposant à la fois d’une expertise technique pointue et d’une compréhension des enjeux spécifiques liés à la publication et à la gestion du Journal officiel. Le présent accord-cadre s’inscrit dans cette démarche et couvre les activités d’exploitation, de maintenance, d’évolution et d’amélioration continue des systèmes existants, ainsi que l’accompagnement de leur transformation technologique. L’objectif est de disposer de compétences capables de conjuguer expertise technologique, connaissance du métier, maîtrise des enjeux de modernisation et capacité à intégrer les technologies d’Intelligence Artificielle, afin de faire évoluer durablement les services législatifs et d’offrir aux utilisateurs des outils toujours plus performants, accessibles et innovants.
