Description
Het betreft een gezamenlijke Europese aanbesteding van Veiligheidsregio Zaanstreek-Waterland en GGD Zaanstreek-Waterland voor het aanbieden en uitvoeren van een leasefietsregeling voor medewerkers. De opdracht omvat onder meer de levering en leasing van fietsen, een digitaal bestel- en beheerportaal, administratie, service, onderhoud en ondersteuning gedurende de leaseperiode. De maximale gezamenlijke waarde van de raamovereenkomsten bedraagt € 2.200.000 exclusief btw gedurende de maximale looptijd van zes jaar. Aan deze maximale waarde kunnen geen minimumafname, minimumomzet of afnameverplichtingen worden ontleend. Nieuwe individuele leaseovereenkomsten mogen niet meer worden aangegaan zodra overschrijding van deze maximale waarde zou ontstaan.
