Description
Aanbesteding ontwikkeling en realisatie Laborijn-Noord in de Spoorzone Doetinchem. Laborijn-Noord moet uitgroeien tot een levendige en hoogstedelijke stadswijk met maximaal 472 woningen, werkprogramma, voorzieningen en actieve plinten. In dit stedelijke gebied komen de verschillende functies samen, met daarbij een aantrekkelijke openbare ruimte en oog voor sociale veiligheid en hoge ruimtelijke kwaliteit. Dit project vormt een belangrijke stap in de ontwikkeling van de Spoorzone, die een centrale rol speelt in de groeiambities van Doetinchem. Via een aanbestedingsprocedure met selectie en dialoog zoekt de gemeente één ontwikkelpartij of een combinatie van partijen voor de ontwikkeling en realisatie van deze opgave. Naast de hierboven genoemde aandachtspunten is Toekomstbestendige gebiedsontwikkeling (TBGO) is een belangrijk onderdeel van de opgave.
