Description

De gemeente Rotterdam wil een park realiseren op het gedempte deel van het Rijnhavenbekken. Het werk bestaat in hoofdlijnen uit de onderstaande werkzaamheden: 1. Bouwen van diverse civiele kunstwerken: a. Parkbruggen; b. Keermuur; c. Oeverwerk. 2. Uitvoeren van cultuurtechnisch werk: a. Grondverbetering voor groeiplaatsen; b. Aanbrengen van bomen, struiken, enz.; c. Aanbrengen breuksteen; d. Aanbrengen elementen van natuursteen; e. Steenzetters werkzaamheden; 3. Aanbrengen van openbare verlichting, 4. Aanbrengen van verhardingen. De gemeente is voornemens om de realisatie van het Landpark als één integrale opdracht Europees openbaar aan te besteden met een RAW-bestek en met toepassing van de UAV 2012.
