Description
De gemeente Utrecht wil één raamovereenkomst afsluiten met één opdrachtnemer voor de poortwachter ernstige dyslexiezorg. De opdracht kent twee samenhangende doelen. Enerzijds draagt de poortwachter zorg voor de toegang tot specialistische hulp voor kinderen met ernstige, hardnekkige lees- en spellingsproblemen (ernstige dyslexie). Anderzijds vervult de poortwachter een belangrijke rol in de preventieve aanpak door samen te werken met de gemeente, het onderwijs en zorgaanbieders met als doel is om kinderen met lees- en spellingsproblemen tijdig passende ondersteuning te bieden en zo waar mogelijk de inzet van specialistische dyslexiezorg te voorkomen. Op basis van historische gegevens beoordeelt de opdrachtnemer jaarlijks tussen de 300 en 375 dossiers. Geraamde waarde over de maximale looptijd van 4 jaar is € 220.000.
