Description
Helse Fonna HF plans to procure a fully automatic large volume real-time PCR and/or TMA/RT-TMA instrument for analysing SOS and respiratory virus. In addition there is a need to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of equipment dependent consumables for the instrument. The instrument shall be used for the following analyses: SOS-analyses: Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrohoeae and Mycoplasma genitalium. Respiratory virus: Adeno virus, Human metapneumo virus, Rhino virus, Parainfluensa 1 virus, Parainfluensa 2 virus, Parainfluensa 3 virus, Parainfluensa 4 virus, Influenza A virus, Influenza B virus, Respiratory Syncytial virus and Severe acute respiratory syndrome corona virus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The Department of Laboratory Medicine at Helse Fonna HF needs increased capacity for analysing SOS and airway viruses.
