Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa testów do badania markerów wirusologicznych przenoszonych drogą krwi oraz markerów kiłowych: HBsAg, anty-HCV, HIV Ag/Ab i anty-Treponema pallidum, wraz z materiałami zużywalnymi, eksploatacyjnymi, kalibracyjnymi i kontrolnymi (w tym zarówno kontrolą wewnątrzlaboratoryjną jak i zewnątrzlaboratoryjną codzienną), zwanych dalej „testami” oraz dzierżawą kompletnej aparatury, niezbędnej do wykonania w/w testów dla 100 000 donacji, do czasu wykorzystania asortymentu, zwanej dalej „aparaturą”. 2. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość zmniejszenia liczby zamówionych dot. testów, jednak nie więcej, niż o 30%. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty został w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ – formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym.
