1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest pełnienie funkcji Inżyniera dla zadania pod nazwą „Zabezpieczenie nawigacyjne dla nowego toru podejściowego do Świnoujścia realizowanego w ramach inwestycji: „Przeprowadzenie prac dla umożliwienia transportu wodnego do Portu Zewnętrznego w Świnoujściu”. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ – Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia oraz w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ – Projekcie Umowy. 3. Zamawiający przewiduje w przedmiotowym postępowaniu wymagania w zakresie zatrudnienia osób, o których mowa w art. 95 ustawy pzp, które zostały opisane we wzorze umowy.
