Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na pełnieniu funkcji Inżyniera w rozumieniu Warunków Kontraktowych FIDIC dla potrzeb realizacji Inwestycji pn. „Poszerzenie odcinka toru wodnego na podejściu do portu morskiego w Świnoujściu” (zwanej dalej również „Inwestycją”). 2. Celem niniejszego zamówienia jest ustanowienie kompleksowego, profesjonalnego i efektywnego nadzoru na realizacją kontraktu, który zostanie zawarty z wykonawcą robót w ramach Inwestycji (zwanego dalej również „Kontraktem”). 3. Wybrany Wykonawca świadczyć będzie na rzecz Zamawiającego usługę polegającą na: 1) analizie stanu Kontraktu na potrzeby sporządzenia Raportu Wstępnego, 2) pełnieniu funkcji Inżyniera w rozumieniu Warunków Kontraktowych FIDIC, o których mowa w dalszej części niniejszego rozdziału, 3) pełnieniu funkcji inspektora nadzoru, zgodnie z polskim prawem budowlanym oraz aktami wykonawczymi, efektywne oraz aktywne nadzorowanie Inwestycji i administrowanie Kontraktem. 4.
