4.1. Przedmiot zamówienia polega na budowie dróg dla pieszych i rowerów w ramach rozbudowy dróg powiatowych zlokalizowanych w województwie lubelskim, w powiecie biłgorajskim, na terenie Gminy Józefów i Gminy Tereszpol. 4.2.
