Przedmiotem zamówienia jest analiza, zaprojektowanie, wykonanie, wdrożenie i uruchomienie zmian w Systemie Informatycznym JWODA (SI JWODA), w szczególności dostosowanie systemu do zmian prawa krajowego i Unii Europejskiej, aktualnych metodyk i nowego wykazu jednolitych części wód powierzchniowych, modyfikacja i rozbudowa modułu oceny, aktualizacja słowników i szablonów raportów oraz rozbudowa modułu analityczno-raportowego.
