Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa kopert dla Zakładu Ubezpieczeń Społecznych w liczbie 26 088 850 sztuk, w ośmiu wzorach. Wzory kopert oraz przykładowe rozmieszczenie okienek i nadruków zawiera Załącznik nr 2A do SWZ. Szczegółowe parametry techniczne przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. Wykaz asortymentowo-ilościowy zamawianych kopert zawiera Rozdzielnik dostaw kopert na 2027 r. stanowiący Załącznik do Projektowanych postanowień umowy. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości przekroczenia liczby kopert, wskazanej w punkcie 2.1.2. SWZ, tj. 26 088 850 szt. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość rezygnacji z realizacji zamówienia do 20% zamawianego wolumenu, tj. każdego ze wzorów kopert do 20% wolumenu danego wzoru. Każdy wzór zostanie zrealizowany minimum w 80% wolumenu.
