1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wkładek światłowodowych (modułów optycznych) zwanych dalej „Komponentami” do urządzeń serwerowych będących w posiadaniu Centrum e-Zdrowia w Warszawie. 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa klatek na dyski oraz niezbędnego okablowania teletechnicznego do ich podłączenia w serwerach HPE ProLiant DL385 Gen11 zwanych dalej „Komponentami” będących w posiadaniu Centrum e-Zdrowia w Warszawie.
