1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa produktów spożywczych w podziale na 8 części (zadania). 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają niniejsza SWZ oraz: 1) załącznik nr 1 – formularz oferty, 2) załącznik nr 2 – formularz asortymentowo-cenowy, 3) załącznik nr 3 – projekt umowy 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. 4. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę w odniesieniu do wszystkich części (Zadań) zamówienia. Zamawiający nie ogranicza liczby części zamówienia, na które Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę oraz nie określa maksymalnej liczby części zamówienia, na które może zostać udzielone zamówienie jednemu Wykonawcy. 5. Liczba części zamówienia (zadań): 8 zadań.
