3.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na budowie zespołu ośmiu budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych (w tym dwóch budynków z lokalami usługowymi – handel o powierzchni sprzedaży do 700 m² każdy) z garażami podziemnymi oraz niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną, na nieruchomości położonej we Wrocławiu przy ul. Stanisława Drabika 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, na działce nr 1/90, obręb 0026 Wojszyce, AR_8, realizowanych na podstawie decyzji o pozwoleniu na budowę nr 1600/2025 z dnia 25.07.2025 znak: WAZ-B3.6740.181.2025 r., wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu, robotami towarzyszącymi oraz uzyskaniem pozwolenia na użytkowanie i zasiedleniem na zasadach opisanych w Umowie. 3.2.
